Terms
  Net 30 days upon credit approval; new accounts may elect tp pre-pay while awaiting credit approval. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card. Checks should be made payable to American Lighting. A service charge of $ 25.00 fee for all return checks.

Pricing
  Prices are net for wholesaler and subject to change without notice.

Minimun Order for Shipping/Delivery
  $ 500.00 (Freight Collect)

  No minimun required for Cash and Carry

Shipping
  Shipments are based on the availability of merchandise. Upon credit approval, the merchandise is shipped with two working days. Back orders need to be re-ordered since they are automatically cancelled.

Freight
  F.O.B. Riverside, California or F.O.B. Atlanta, Georgia.

Local Delivery
  Minimum order required for local delivery $ 500.00. Freight programs are available by contacting your local sales representative.

Defective Merchandise
 

Do not sign the bill of lading if there are damaged or shortages until they are noted on the freight bill. Unless this procedure is followed we cannot be held responsible for claims not filed with in 10 days after receipt of goods. Damages or shortages must be filed with the carrier immediately.

"Do Not Deduct for Damages or Shortages"
a credit memo will be issued to offset these claims by the company or will be paid directly to your customer by carrier. Concealed damages must be reported within 10 days form date of receiopt. All parts orders must be reported within 90 days by fax or by e-mail.

   
Order Revisions
  Once an order is entered and in process for shipment or production, no changes will be accepeted.
   
Return Policy
  The company at all times committed to the highest quality and inspection standards to insure a zero-tolerance. Return of defective merchandise wil be processed in the following way:
No merchandise may be return to the company without a Rerun Authorization Number and packed in the original box. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused by the company. The return of new merchandise in its original box will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
