What if I don’t like the merchandise?
A refund can be done within the 90 day warranty, but there is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defected items.
Merchandise must be in original box and accompanied by original invoice.
My merchandise was damaged during Shipping what can I do?
A claim needs to be reported to the Shipping Company.
How can I get missing parts or hardware?
Notify Customer Service which part or hardware is needed. This can be done over the phone or by fax. All inquires for parts or hardware must be within 90 days of original invoice.
How do I get money back and how long?
For all items that qualify for a return is given in the form of Store Credit.
The Store Credit is issued immediately after merchandise is approved for a return.
What if the part I need is out of the warranty period?
The warranty period is 90 days only no parts or hardware can be given for the item in question.
What if the part I need is unavailable?
After all attempts from Customer Service and the part or hardware is unavailable (within 90 days warranty) a return can be done with original invoice and original box.
How do I get a Return authorization?
Return authorization can be done by calling Customer Service at (951) 328-8188 for Furniture products and 1-800-889-1366 ext.8038 for all Lighting products, explaining the reason for the return.
What do I show for my return authorization?
All return items must be in original box and the original invoice is needed also.
No items can be returned without those two items.
For all out of state customers pictures are needed to show all damage. |
